2017 Americana Honors & Awards Show to be Streamed Live on Sept. 13
The 2017 Americana Honors & Awards will be presented September 13 at the historic Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, Tennessee. Hosted by Jim Lauderdale and featuring an all-star band led by Buddy Miller, the awards show is the highlight of the 18th annual AmericanaFest, a six-day festival and conference celebrating American roots-inspired music that is put on by the Americana Music Association. A live video stream of the show will be webcast via NPRMusic.org starting at 6:30 p.m. CDT, while a live simulcast will air on SiriusXM’s Outlaw Country and several Nashville area radio stations.

Roots Music Report Folk & Roots Country Radio Charts, 01-13-12
Albums by Pieta Brown Red Molly, Sarah MacDougall, The Deep Dark Woods and Madison Violet are in the top five spots on the Roots Music Report folk radio chart this week, while albums by Robert Earl Keen, Gillian Welch, Joe Ely, Ryan Adams and Blackie & the Rodeo Kings hold the top five spots on the roots country chart.

Roots Music Report Folk & Roots Country Radio Charts, 11-25-11
Pieta Brown's Mercury continued to top the Roots Music Report folk radio chart last week, while Red Molly's Light in the Sky moved into the #2 position. Robert Earl Keen's Ready for Confetti retained the #1 position on the roots country chart for the fourth week in a row, while Ryan Adams' Ashes & Fire rocketed into the #2 spot based on reported radio airplay.
