Winners Named in 2017 Grassy Hill Kerrville New Folk Competition

Six singer-songwriters have been named as winners in the 2017 Grassy Hill Kerrville New Folk Competition for Emerging Songwriters. South Florida Folk Festival Set for Jan. 28-29
